Pam Alexis

Abbotsford-Mission

Working for you in Abbotsford-Mission

A lifelong commitment to volunteerism, entrepreneurship and the arts drew Pam Alexis to public service, and her love of the Fraser Valley has driven her work ever since. She was first elected as a School Trustee in 2005, and won a seat on Mission Council in 2014. Her reputation for fairness, openness and teamwork lead her to a landslide win in the 2018 Mayoral race.

Prior to politics, she served with many boards and non-profits, including the Mission Chamber of Commerce (Vice-President), the Rotary Club of Mission Midday, and the Sunshine Rotary Club, where she also served as President and earned four Paul Harris Fellowships. As well, she is a former Vice-President for the BC Winter Games.

Growing up in a large Greek family, Pam saw firsthand the lived values of generosity, integrity, and hard work, and she looks forward to championing those same values as the MLA for Abbotsford-Mission.
